WE ARE IN SEARCH OF A QUALIFIED THERAPIST TO TAKE ON THE PIVOTAL ROLE
OF CLINICAL COORDINATOR.
The FSN needs a beacon of hope and change in our growing organization.
The FSN is a community-based organisation and we strive to support the
local community and its mental health needs by the strong relationship
that exists between our counsellors and their clients living in the
community.
POSITION DETAILS
HOURS: *hrs+ per week, flexible timings across
a 5-day week.
COMPENSATION: € * per hour with potential for
pay increase pending funding.
WORK MODE: CLINICAL COORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* CLIENT ASSESSMENT: Evaluate clients entering our service, ensuring
they receive the best care possible.
(Note: This is a client-facing psychotherapy role when possible
STUDENT MANAGEMENT: Conduct line management meetings with students,
guiding their professional journey.
TRAINEE INDUCTION: Lead the induction process for trainees, ensuring
they are well-prepared and aligned with our mission
Ensure the induction includes Child first training
* REPORTING: Compile reports on student/ client outcomes, when
necessary.
* Qualified therapist; accreditation is preferred.
* Membership in a recognized accreditation body.

The role is based on a Self- Employment model however the FSN are open
